We’ll likely ask some questions prior to booking to ensure you get the proper piece of equipment.

Ultimately, the head we recommend is the head that will work for your series of shots. The last thing anybody needs is to have the wrong piece of gear on set. If we don’t have what you need, we’ll refer you to somebody who does.

At All Axis, we pride ourselves at supplying everything needed. All our heads are shipped complete with a remote focus unit, whether you ordered it or not, rest assured, you’ll have a back up, at no charge! As far as extras go, we pretty much look after everything else. If we need something, we’ll let you now, but that’s unusual.

We understand that sometimes, albeit rare, you may want us to operate the camera. We have to say that we are not camera operators, although there are a few of us that do enjoy the extra challenge. We do offer alternative operating systems, such as a joystick or a pan-bar system*, to facilitate an operator that might not prefer the handwheels (standard). *Please check availability.

For local jobs, our heads are conveniently delivered by our technicians in our customized All Axis vans. No need to worry about the added logistics of equipment pick up or drop off. Remote locations may be different. Please ask.
